Shipping Policy

Hi! We appreciate your order and want you to know that we work hard to get your items to you right away. All ready to ship items ship within 5 business days. When an item ships, you will receive an email saying your item has shipped. Often you also receive an email when the label has been printed. It can take 24-48 hours for tracking to start to show up for an item, so if you don’t see updated tracking right away, check back soon. If items are labeled PREORDER, they will not ship right away. The item listing will clearly state when their estimated ship date will be. Please contact wildmaedesign@gmail.com if you have any questions about when your preorder will ship.

*It is rare that items get lost in the mail, but it does happen. Wild Mae is not responsible for missing mail items, but will do everything we can to help you track your order down, report a missing package with USPS/UPS or help recover items.

Returns + Exchanges

We know you’ll love your Wild Mae, but if it’s not for you, exchanges and/or store credits are accepted within 30 days. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know right away and we will make it right, either with a refund, or a replacement item.
